- Mientras, en una sartén sofreímos los ajos cortados en trozos pequeños. Cuando estén, sofreímos el pimentón sin que se queme para que no amargue.

- Añadimos el tomate y dejamos reducir.
- Añadimos el sofrito a los garbanzos con bacalao junto con la zanahoria en rodajas y la calabaza en cuadrados más o menos grandes.
- Hervimos hasta que los garbanzos estén blandos añadiendo agua cuando sea necesario. Corregimos de sal. Entonces añadimos la patata y dejamos hasta que esté cocida. Y listo!

- Nota: normalmente, se hace con rellenos de molla de pan y huevo que se fríen en aceite de girasol. Como los ha hecho mi madre!!
