- Preparar un trozo de calabaza y quitar las semillas.

- Cortar delgada la calabaza en forma de medias lunas y espolvorear tomillo, reservar. Se puede substituir por patatas fritas. Salar y echar unas gotas de aceite de limón sobre los calamares. Dejar unos 5 minutos.

- Poner los calamares y calabaza en la pasta que hemos hecho y mezclar que se reparta bien. Empezar a freír. Freímos la calabaza en aceite abundante a fuego medio/fuerte, hacerla bastante pues tarda un poco en cocer, una vez hecha poner sobre papel absorbente y tapar con papel de plata, reservar.
- Freír los calamares, escurrir un poco la masa y freír en aceite abundante a fuego medio/fuerte, que queden dorados y con un buen punto de cocción, tiernos, se hacen rápido, poner sobre papel de cocina absorbente.
- Poner la calabaza y calamares en un plato, con la lechuga y el limón y mayonesa si os gusta, buen provecho!!
