- 1 sobre levadura

- 1 huevo
- 125 g azúcar

- 250 g yogur natural

- Para su preparación lo primero que haremos es precalentar el horno a 180ºC.
- Seguidamente pelaremos la calabaza y la picaremos en trozos muy pequeños o si tenéis picadora, os aconsejo utilizarla.
- En un bol a parte, tamizaremos la harina, el bicarbonato y la levadura y lo reservamos. Ahora vamos a separar la yema de la clara.
- Una vez separada, cogeremos la yema y la batiremo hasta que blanqueen o doble su tamaño, le iremos añadiendo el azúcar, el azúcar de vainilla o si no tenéis le podéis añadirle esencia de vainilla o extracto, lo que tengáis a la mano.
- Seguiremos añadiéndole el aceite suave, el yogur y la calabaza.
- Todos esto se tiene que mezclarse bien, porque ahora toca añadirle la mezcla de harina que teníamos reservada y tamizada en un bol.
- Una vez tengamos bien integrada la harina a la mezcla. Batiremos a punto de nieve la clara que teníamos reservada para echarla ya montada a la masa del resto de ingredientes. Ahora solo queda, remover cuidadosamente para integrar las claras montadas pero intentando que no pierda mucho aire.
- Una vez tengamos todo bien mezclado lo pasaremos a un molde en forma de rosco o normal, bien engrasado y lo introduciremos en el horno a 180ºC como dije anterior mente durante 45 a 50 minutos.
- Una vez horneado solo queda desmoldarlo con cuidado y sin quemaros y dejarlo enfriar en una rejilla. NOTA: para saber si esta cuajado pinchar con un palillo o cuchillo, tiene que salir limpio. Si vuestro horno tiene la función de ventilador, la temperatura sera de 175ºC pero durante una hora. Los tiempos como siempre os digo, depende muchísimo de vuestro horno.
