  8. En una sartén con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra freír el pan. Poner en un mortero. Añadir el ajo pelado y laminado, las nueces, el perejil y el tomillo
  9. Majar bien. Añadir el pimentón y volver a majar
  10. Pelar los huevos, cortar a la mitad. Media yema añadirla al mortero con 1 cucharadita de aceite. Mezclar bien
  11. Reservar las claras y las yemas restantes
  12. Añadir la majada a los garbanzos, mezclar bien y dejar que se terminen de hacer los garbanzos
  13. Una vez que los garbanzos están casi tiernos añadimos los champiñones laminados y dejamos que se hagan
  14. Añadimos la calabaza asada (si no la hemos puesto al principio) y los guisantes. Dejamos 2 minutos y retiramos del fuego
  15. Picamos pequeñas las claras y las yemas reservadas
  16. Emplatamos y servimos con un poco de clara y yema picadas
  17. Servimos caliente. Buen provecho!!!!
