Hola a todos, os traigo un postre muy típico de la cocina tailandesa: pudding de calabaza ó khanom fugthong. Espero que os guste y tengáis un buen fin de semana!

- 1/6 copa harina de tapioca
- ½ copa azúcar
- 1 copa leche de coco
- 1 copa coco rayado
- 1 copa harina de arroz

- Pelar y cortar la calabaza en trocitos pequeños y poner en el agua hirviendo con un poco de sal hasta que estén blandos.

- Añadir la harina de arroz, la harina de tapioca, el azúcar y la sal, Mezcla bien.

- Poner nuestra mezcla en un par de moldes pequeños o en el tamaños que te guste y decorar con un poco de coco rayado por encima.
- Poner nuestros moldes al vapor hasta que estén cocinados.
