- Una vez han doblado de volumen con cualquier palo redondo lo untamos de aceite y le hacemos un agujerito en el centro

- Precalentamos el horno a 220 grados con un recipiente para crear vapor y calor solo abajo, horneamos por 10 minutos, quitamos el recipiente del vapor y ponemos 200 grados calor arriba y abajo por 15 minutos

- Retiramos del horno y en caliente pincelamos con mantequilla, decoramos en el centro con una nuez
