    Agregamos también la calabaza hervida, ya fría y bien machacada en puré sin grumos, el aceite y la levadura desmenuzada. Amasamos bien mezclando todos los ingredientes, nos quedará una masa pegajosa(os aconsejo mezclar con espátula de madera y/o silicona). Tapamos el bol con papel transparente y dejamos reposar 1 hora
  2. Transcurrido el tiempo destapamos y vamos añadiendo los 150 gr de harina restantes mientras vamos amasando obteniendo una masa más manejable. Volvemos a tapar con papel transparente y dejamos reposar toda la noche en la nevera
  3. Al día siguiente sacamos del frigo, nos untamos las manos ligeramente y cortamos en 4 porciones y daremos forma redondeada y aplastados para que crezca más hacia los lados que hacia arriba, ya que este tipo de toña no es tan alta como las otras, colocaremos sobre la bandeja del horno cubierta con papel vegetal. Dejaremos levar por última vez dentro del horno apagado y cerrado.
  4. Pasada 1 hora aproximadamente las sacaremos del horno y lo precalentaremos a 180 grados
    Pintaremos nuestras toñas con una mezcla de huevo batido y un chorrito de leche. Hornearemos durante 12-15 minutos hasta que estén un poquito doraditas.
