  1. Pelar la calabaza y partirla en trozos. Yo lo que hago es partirla una vez pelada en unos 4 trozos y luego cada trozo dividirlo en unos 4/8 piezas. No tienen que ser ni muy pequeñas ni muy grandes.
  2. Pelar las patatas y las zanahorias y partirlas en trozos de nuevo. Las patatas igual que la calabaza y las zanahorias más pequeñas.
  3. Una vez todo está cortado, poner en una olla aceite al fuego y una vez está caliente ponemos la calabaza a rehogar.
  4. Una vez rehogada ponemos la patata y las zanahorias (yo la hago sin cebolla por qué en mi casa no gusta) y lo rehogamos todo. Poner sal y pimienta al gusto.
  5. Una vez esté todo un poco dorado (5 minutos/ 10 minutos) ponemos agua hasta cubrir toda la verdura y lo ponemos a hervir.
  6. Una vez el agua esté hirviendo lo bajamos a fuego bajo/medio y lo dejamos hervir. Revisar tiempo al tiempo si la patata y la zanahoria están quedando más blandas y una vez lo estén del todo apagamos el fuego.
  7. Yo antes de batirlo, retiro un poco del caldo en un bol aparte por si me he pasado con el agua. Batimos, y si necesita más líquido le voy echando del caldo retirado.
  8. Listo! A disfrutar de la crema de calabaza!
