Primero asamos la calabaza en el horno a 180° unos 45 minutos. Cuando esté lista hacemos puré.
En un bol añadimos la harina de espelta, la harina de avena y la levadura. En otro bol añadimos el aceite, la bebida de soja, el plátano y el puré de calabaza y mezclamos muy bien.
Ahora añadimos esta mezcla al bol de las harinas y la levadura e integramos todo hasta que nos quede una masa homogénea. - Ahora separamos la masa en 2, y a una de ellas le añadimos el cacao en polvo. Ponemos papel vegetal en nuestro molde y vamos echando una capa de masa normal y otra capa de masa con cacao. Metemos en el horno precalentado a 180° 40 minutos con calor arriba y abajo.
*A mí me sobró puré de calabaza así que le añadí una cucharada de cacao puro desgrasado y me hice una crema, se la puse por encima cuando estaba frío y está de vicio. Espero que os guste.💚😊
