- En un bowl batimos los dos huevos, añadimos las pasas, los piñones, el queso, la calabaza y la cebolla pochada, sal pimentamos al gusto, mezclamos bien y reservamos.



- Precalentamos el horno a 180°. Como yo tengo un horno de sobremesa utilizo solo 5 láminas que corto a la mitad, con un horno convencional harían falta 10 láminas y obviamente más cantidad del resto de ingredientes. Untamos una bandeja de horno con aceite y vamos colocando una a una 5 lamínas de masa filo pintando con aceite cada una de ellas, vertemos la masa y colocamos las otras 5 lamínas también pintando cada una de ellas.

- Cerramos como buenamente podamos los lados y pulverizamos por encima de la última capa con un poco de agua. Horneamos unos 45 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que esté bien doradita la masa.


- Repartimos, dependen un poco de vamos a comer algo más o no, si vamos acomoañar con algo más nos dará para 4 o incluso 6 raciones. ¡Buen provecho!!!
