- Al terminar yo retiro el diente de ajo y lo aplasto sin el centro y ese puré vuelve a la mezcla. Me resulta más suave.

- Precalentar el horno 180*.
- Colocar una tapa de más en la base, levemente engrasada. Siempre distribuyo mostaza en el fondo.

- El relleno más frío, le agrego los huevos, el queso rallado y pan rallado. También el queso en cubos. Uso el queso rallado envasado, para usar menos pan rallado, ayuda a absorber líquidos, y le da la cantidad justa de sal, a los que tratamos de no agregarla.


- Distribuir en la tartera cerrar y va al horno por 30-35’. Depende de cada horno. Hasta dorar.
