- Lo primero que hice fue cocinar los 200 gramos de arroz crudo que quedan en unos 400 gs cocido... en un bols ponemos el arroz con parmesano las 2 cda de almidón de maíz pimienta y sal a gusto con mix de semillas y los huevos integramos bien. Y con el mixer trituramos bien todo.



- En una bandeja antiadherente y desmontable ponemos nuestra masa y con las manos húmedas con agua esparcimos bien.. es fundamental comenzar por los bordes. Llevamos a horno precalentado a 170 grados por unos 10 a 15 minutos



- En una olla salteamos cebolla morrón y ajo, condimentamos a gusto y le agregamos los zapallitos y berenjenas en cubos.. cocinamos bien y reservamos



- Una vez la masa esté cocida le agregamos al relleno huevos y un poco de mozzarella y armamos la tarta.. arriba le puse un poquito de mozzarella y parmesano.. llevamos a horno hasta que este pronta.
