Dejar enfriar
  4. En un Plato o Bowl batir los 2 Huevos, agregar el Ajo picado, Sal a gusto, Perejil a gusto, Nuez Moscada y Pimienta a gusto.
  5. En un Bowl poner Panko y en otro Bowl poner Harina Integral.
  6. Cuando hayan enfriado las Berenjenas pasarlas primero por Harina Integral, luego Huevos y por último Panko.
  7. En una Bandeja aceitar y poner las Milanesas de Berenjenas.
  8. Hornear 15' 20' vuelta y vuelta de ambos lados. Retirar del Horno agregar Salsa de Tomate, Jamón o Lomito, Muzzarella, Salsa de tomates y Orégano. Llevar nuevamente al Horno para gratinar. Servir.
  9. Pueden ponerle la Guarnición que prefieran.
